• Offer valid for purchases made online between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM on November 28th 2022.
• Phone orders from 8am-8pm only.
• Only to be purchased online or by phone.
• Gift Cards may be purchased in $100, $200, $250, $300 or $500 denominations. They must equal $1,000 dollars exactly.
• A $5.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to every order. Standard mail delivery (5-7 business days – included) Next business day delivery – additional shipping charges apply)
• Purchases will be deducted from the purchase amount until the value is $0.00
• Limited up to one package per person.
• Gift cards can be applied to an outstanding balance, and limited to a refund valued up only to the original deposit.
• Gift cards cannot be used toward initial deposit.
• Gift cards cannot be used for Private Events such as, company, wedding, or any other private event. Including facilities, food and beverage, or anything else contained within said event.
• Gift card cannot be used toward initial deposit including but not limited to a refund of that initial deposit.
• Gift cards cannot be held on property for guests prior to arrival. Purchases will be deducted from the purchase amount until the value is $0.00.
• The cards or card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift cards cannot be used for stays at the Spring House Commons, Seawinds Town Homes.
• ONLY ONE PACKAGE PER PERSON.

Complimentary Stay Details

• An overnight card voucher will be sent to the purchaser along with the gift cards ordered online within 4-7 business days.
• The Spring House Hotel voucher is valid for overnight stays within our “Shoulder Season” Rate period which is September 15th – June 15th at The Spring House Hotel.
• Based on availability and standard room type at time of booking (if arrival is after May 14, 2023 and before October 9, 2023, free night cards are applicable to room codes: MSN, MSO, MSOC, KMSO, ASI, and ASOAC). Applied to lowest rate night.
• Valid on Inn at Spring House rooms before May 14, 2023, and after October 9, 2023 through May 2024 opening day. Not applicable to the Inn room codes: INNSUP (I202) and INNHAR (I201).Applied to lowest rate night.
• Must have a card in person to redeem at the time of check-out.
• Applied to lowest rate night.
• To redeem, free-night stay cards must be presented in person upon check-out.
• Please notify the Spring House upon booking that you intend to use a free night stay card so it is noted in the reservation.
• Excludes holidays and special events.
• Based on availability and standard room type.
• Hotel reservations must be made by phone.
